Quantum Design attended the grand opening of the Quantum Design Teaching and Materials Discovery Laboratory at Stony Brook University, with CEO Stuart Schoenmann cutting the ribbon.
In July, Quantum Design held its first ALPhA Immersion at the San Diego headquarters. The two-day workshop was led by Quantum Design Senior Application Scientist, Randy Dumas, and Associate Professor of Physics at CSU San Marcos, Stephen Tsui.
Quantum Design and illumion have entered into a distribution agreement. Quantum Design will sell the illumionONE bench-top charge photometry system, manufactured by illumion, in the USA, China, Japan, South Korea and India.
